The “Public Gathering Concert” organized by the Dikili Neighborhood Culture and Charity Association to be held at Yaşar Kemal Cultural Center of Seyhan Municipality was banned by Adana Governor’s Office. The concert, which was scheduled to be held on September 18, 2021, was to be performed by Kaldırım Müzik Topluluğu and Grup Munzur.
