K-Pop group’s concert is banned

K-Pop group Mirae’s concert was canceled after being targeted as being “a group with a mission to spread homosexuality” and “imposing a sexless lifestyle on the world”


South Korean K-Pop group Mirae was going to give a concert at the Capital Culture Road Festival organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in Ankara, to mark the 65th anniversary of the diplomatic relations of Turkey and Korea.

The group was targeted on social media, users saying it was “a group whose mission is to spread homosexuality” and that it “imposes a genderless lifestyle on the world.”

After this campaign carried out on social media, the concert of the group was canceled without any justification.
