The police confiscated the book “Introduction to Jineology” from the booth set up by Aram Publishing House during the Munzur Culture and Nature Festival. They cited a recall order from Istanbul’s 6th Criminal Judicature of Peace, issued in 2019. Employees at Aram Publishing House stated that they had not received any prior notification about this situation until now.
