The volunteers applied to the Department of Health, Culture, and Sports to receive permission to hang the posters on the campus. The Ministry returned the posters by censoring the &#8220;not allegiance but obstinance&#8221; statement, the main slogan of the festival on the posters, and informed the volunteers that the posters can be hung without this phrase.<\/p>\n<p>The reply given to the students who were wondering about the reason for the censorship was &#8220;Without that expression, it is okay, but this is a state institution, it will leave us in a difficult position.
