{"id":322,"date":"2020-09-30T14:55:31","date_gmt":"2020-09-30T11:55:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/susma24.com\/en\/?p=322"},"modified":"2020-09-30T14:55:31","modified_gmt":"2020-09-30T11:55:31","slug":"access-ban-on-speak-up-platform-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/susma24.com\/en\/index.php\/access-ban-on-speak-up-platform-news\/","title":{"rendered":"Access ban on Speak Up Platform news"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Upon the motion filed by \u00d6mer Faruk Ayd\u0131ner, member of the Court of Cassation, and with the decision of the Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y 6<sup>th<\/sup> Penal Court of Peace dated 25.09.2020, the news about the blocking of access to the news report titled \u2018Investigation against member of the Court of Cassation\u2019, prepared by G\u00f6k\u00e7er Tahincio\u011flu and published on T24, has been banned.<\/p>\n<p>The court decision notified to our platform stated that \u00d6mer Faruk Ayd\u0131ner is being damaged because of the news content published on Speak Up website and the links on websites of other different news portals, and therefore has filed a motion for Access Ban in accordance with Law no. 5651.<\/p>\n<p>The court decision noted: \u201cupon the examination of the content, it is concluded that according to the provisions of Article 9 of the Law no. 5651, statements used in the news report go beyond the boundaries of freedom to report and the right to criticize; and therefore it is decided to accept the motion filed by \u00d6mer Faruk Ayd\u0131ner\u201d.
