According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.duvarenglish.com\/turkish-justice-ministry-requests-red-notice-on-kurdish-singer-ferhat-tunc-over-insulting-former-pm-news-63365\">Duvar English<\/a>, the 11th hearing of the case took place on November 20. Tun\u00e7 announced from his social media account that the Justice Ministry requested a \u201cred notice\u201d to be issued, but the Court rejected the request.<\/p>\n<p>The hearing was adjourned to December 20, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Ferhat Tun\u00e7\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ferhatttunc\/status\/1726588245578785201\">statement<\/a> is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe requested to testify In Germany where I reside. Germany always rejected the Turkish judiciary&#8217;s request for (judicial assistance), noting that the allegations against me are within the scope of freedom of thought and expression.
