Tele1 was fined and punished with a 7-day broadcast ban.<\/p>\n<p>Tele1 had appealed to Ankara 4th Administrative Court and a stay of execution had been granted. RT\u00dcK appealed to this decision and the upper court lifted the stay of execution order.
